The following is text of an email message our system sends automatically to the person who hired us to form an LLC or PLLC the day we are paid.  The subject of the email is Contents of Your LLC Package.” This message stated:
“Although we act as the LLC’s statutory agent for the first year for no additional fee, after the first year we will charge the LLC $99 a year payable in advance to continue as the LLC’s statutory agent. If you do not want to pay our statutory agent fee then you simply appoint a replacement statutory agent at any time.”

Address ServiceOur address service for $100/year is a service that is in addition to our statutory agent service.  Our address service is only for your company and its members and managers to use our address on the public records of the Arizona Corporation Commission for their addresses.  
Our address service is not a mail receiving and forwarding service. You should never tell third parties to send correspondence to our address.  If you tell people to send correspondence to our address we may charge you a $35 handling fee for each item of correspondence we receive.  If you need an address for correspondence you should get a U.S. post office box or a UPS mailbox.(end optional)
If the Company does not want to pay our annual statutory agent fee or want the Firm to continue to be its statutory agent, the company may appoint a replacement statutory agent at any time.
