When we form an LLC, PLLC or corporation we normally act as the entity’s statutory agent. Our statutory agent fee of $99/year is included in our entity formation fee. A year after we form the company we send an invoice for $99 for our statutory agent service and if the company is using our address service we also send an invoice for $100.

How to Change Your Statutory Agent
- For an LLC file the ACC’s LLC Statement of Change of Principal Address or Statutory Agent form
- For a corporation file the ACC’s Corporation Statement of Change of Known Place of Business Address, Principal Office Address, or Statutory Agent
- Statutory Agent Acceptance form. This form must be signed by the new statutory agent and filed with the statutory agent change form.
