Arizona LLC law requires that the names and addresses of: (i) all members of a member managed LLC, and (ii) all managers and members who own 20% or more of a manager managed LLC be stated in the LLC’s Articles of Organization filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission. Anybody who looks up the LLC’s record with the Arizona Corporation Commission will see these names and addresses If you want confidentiality and do not want people to be able to see the name and address of member and managers of your LLC on the Arizona Corporation Commission’s website then the solution to this problem is for you to buy my Gold LLC package.
When people purchase our Gold package we prepare a simple revocable living trust called the “Confidential Trust” to be the owner of the LLC and the LLC’s and members’ addresses are our address. For example, if your Confidential Trust is called the Camelback Mountain Trust then when somebody looks up the LLC on the ACC’s website they will see the LLC is owned by the Camelback Mountain Trust, c/o KEYTLaw, LLC, 24 W. Camelback Rd, #467, Phoenix, AZ 85013. Your name and address are not disclosed on the ACC’s records.
The Confidential Trust can own multiple LLCs and any of your other assets including your home, real estate, bank account and investment account. On your death all the assets in the trust pass automatically to your heirs named in the trust without the need for an expensive, time-consuming and public Superior Court probate. You can also hire me (or another estate planning attorney) to convert the Confidential Trust into an estate planning trust. If you hire me to convert the Confidential Trust into an estate planning trust I will give you a $1,000 discount. To learn more about how to obtain confidentiality, read my article called the “How to Form a Confidential Arizona LLC that Does Not Disclose Names & Addresses on the ACC’s Records.”
We Want to Form Your Arizona LLC

Each LLC package includes a custom Operating Agreement, Arizona's $85 expedited LLC filing fee and us acting as the LLC's statutory agent. The $897 Silver LLC is our most popular package.
